Orientation: An Activ8 Overview

We continue with an "orientation" of the course as well as an overview of the key components and the GoaLLean Glossary. Learn how to Activ8 and get started on improving health and weight outcomes. The orientation helps you prepare to move forward and achieve success.

Module One: How to Activ8 in Eight Days

Module One provides the first peak into the eight days of Activ8. Suggested preparation and planning tips are provided as you prepare to move forward. Activ8 includes day-to-day strategies from the day before day one through day eight and beyond.

Module Two: How to Activ8 in Eight Ways

In Module Two, we dive into the details of eight ways to positively impact health and weight outcomes. Six supplemental strategies are included for those serious about leaning into goals. Examples are provided to support the successful implementation of the Activ8 program.

Module Three: Leaning in and Working the Plan

You don’t need a gym membership, extensive amounts of time, expensive workout equipment, or new shoes to move enough to lose weight or get healthy. In Module Three, you learn how to personalize plans and lean in without spending an extra dime.

Module Four: Templates and Tracking

Module Four includes the main templates for tracking the eight ways of the Activ8 plan. There are eight days of tracking potential provided on templates that include Activ8 suggestions as well as space to personalize plans and track actions that will help you achieve goals.

Module Five: Menu Plans and Recipes

Activ8 offers suggestions and strategies to follow the eight ways and boost progress in eight days. For convenience and in support of simplifying planning details, menu plans and numerous healthy recipes are included in Module Five. All recipes are delicious and under 400 calories per serving.
