ANYONE serious about leaning into health and wellness goals can benefit from GoaLLean.
No. GoaLLean is not a diet plan. GoaLLean is a whole health and wellness plan that covers topics including nutrition, hydration, exercise, and behavioral health. With GoaLLean, food choices are yours to make; but we provide guidance on evidence-based considerations if your goal is dieting or weight loss. We are not just about weight loss. We are about health gains.
Absolutely. GoaLLean supports optimal health that can help in effectively managing many conditions. Participants are not required to have weight loss goals to benefit from GoaLLean. If diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac conditions, and others, GoaLLean covers relevant information to help manage chronic conditions.
Accessing GoaLLean’s support services is easy. Simply submit a coaching request form, including related fees, in order to access individual coaching sessions. For group support via engagement sessions, GoaLLean enrollees will receive a registration link prior to each scheduled session.
